1WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN THE BODY COLLECTION?
Our body collection uses the highest quality bases to cleanse the skin and promote softness in a non-greasy formula. The SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS range is designed to be safe on all skin types and is free from Parabens, Sulphates, Propylene Glycol, Silicone and artificial colours. However if you have sensitive skin we recommend patch testing before use.
2ARE SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS is strongly against using any animal derived or animal tested ingredients in any of our products.
3DO YOU USE PARABENS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
All our products are paraben-free.
4HOW LONG WILL MY SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS PRODUCTS LAST?
Each product is different. However, as a general rule, your products should last up to 12 months.
5ARE SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?
Yes. SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS do not contain animal derived ingredients and are strongly against using any animal derived or animal tested ingredients in any of our products. SOUTH COAST ELEMENTS products contain plant derived ingredients and are suitable for vegans.
6WHAT TYPE OF WICKS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR CANDLE?
Wicks are made from pure lead-free cotton.
7WHY IS THERE BLACK RESIDUE ON THE INSIDE OF MY CANDLE?
Black residue may appear on the glass of your candle if the wick is not kept trimmed. Ensure the wick is always upright and trimmed to 5mm before use. The black residue may be wiped away using a damp cloth.

1HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ via email. We also receive a confirmation of the order. If you do not receive the order confirmation, please contact us here and we will check that your order has been received.
2WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are usually dispatched by 2pm week days. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 days (Australian Orders Only).
3WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Or a standard shipping rate of $10 throughout Australia. Read more information about shipping here.
4DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS
No. We are in the process of organising international shipping, and hope to ship internationally soon. In the meantime we are only shipping to Australian addresses.
5WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY IF THE PRODUCTS DOESN'T SUIT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Returned goods must be in an unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included. Please allow 3-7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
6MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us immediately and we will provide a full replacement of products. You will need to send the order back to us via post or courier. Once we have received the order we will send out a replacement right away.
7CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. As long as it is on the day of order (before 2pm) as we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that it has not been processed. Although, we will do our best to cancel the order for you.
