Shipping and Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via the details below. We will work with you to offer a refund or exchange. After this 7 day period, only unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of your package upon its delivery to us.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for South Coast Elements product purchased from retailers. Only products purchased on the website may be returned for refund.

Most returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Exchanges are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from shipping date, depending on which part of Australia you live. South Coast Elements will not be held liable for returns that are damaged, destroyed or lost en route back to us, so please select a secure shipping method for your returns and keep proof of return. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.

Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
